Privacy Policy

SRMJ Enterprises (PVT) LTD (“SRMJ Clothing”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Order details you provide at checkout: name, mobile number, delivery address (line 1/2, city, district, postal code) and, optionally, your email address.
  • Order history: the items, sizes, colours, quantities and amounts of your purchases.
  • Payment information: when you pay online we do not see or store your full card or bank details — these are handled directly by our payment provider (PayHere). For bank transfers you send us a receipt via WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: basic device/browser information and essential cookies needed to run the cart and, for staff, to sign in.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, pack, deliver and confirm your orders.
  • To contact you about your order via WhatsApp, phone or email.
  • To handle returns, exchanges and support requests.
  • To keep records required for accounting and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We only share what is necessary to fulfil your order: our delivery partners (name, address, phone), our payment provider PayHere (for online payments), and our technology providers who store data securely on our behalf — Supabase (database & authentication) and Google Cloud Storage (product images). Order alerts are sent to our own staff via WhatsApp and Telegram.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and delivery records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp +94 71 101 2377 and we will help. Note that we may need to keep certain records to complete a delivery or meet legal requirements.

6. Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored with reputable providers. Payment credentials never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian placing the order.
